The card's level depends on car fleet management services chosen by your company, the level of the card issued to short-term car rental customers depends on the amount of times this service is used. We accumulate the purchases of Transporent short-term car rental services to calculate the discount for short-term car rental.

To receive your Customer's card, please fill out an application form in any of Transporent short-term car rental offices. The card will be ready in 15 days after we receive your application and will be sent to a postal address stated in the form. The card is free of charge. If you lose your card, it will be recovered (the cost is 1 LVL). We issue the customer's card both to juridical and physical persons.
Transporent reserves the right to amend the conditions of customer's card program. Information about amendments will be provided using contact information presented on the application form, and also will be available at our homepage "Customer cards". You will be advised about new offers by e-mail, SMS or mail.
