Fleet data maintenance and supply of reports

Situation
Information regarding the company's fleet (around 80 cars) is kept is separate Excel files. Fleet costs are accounted for in the bookkeeping system without breaking them up in detail.

Accordingly, it is not possible to prepare information rapidly regarding fleet costs, information often needs to be collected from scratch, because there are no prior statistics. It is not possible to predict future costs for each vehicle and the fleet as a whole which makes the optimisation of the fleet much more difficult.
